Okay. So. Not a bad list, but for anyone looking for ideas, please keep these things in mind:

1) Do not EVER wear white to a wedding!!! Or anything white adjacent (almond, khaki, champagne, cream, etc.)

2) Avoid wearing pastels (light blue, lavender, soft yellow, baby pink, etc) if the wedding is in the evening

3) There's different types of country weddings - you have Country Chic, Country Rustic, Country Formal, Country Semi-Formal, etc. Please check with the bride, groom, or bridal party to find out what level the wedding is. You don't want to wear boots to a Country Formal!!!

4) Try to avoid lace, excessive ruffles, and busy patterns. Your job as a guest is to support and blend in - think: classy, simple, beautiful!

5) Please. Do NOT wear a mini-dress. It's tacky and disrespectful. Try to shoot for no shorter than the mid-thigh!
