Summer Vacay Part Two

It was fun remembering vacation this morning as I picked through and edited the last of my favorite photos from vacation. Never would I consider myself a photographer (that's a sacred title left to the professionals, which I am not!!), but I am beginning to understand why people love photography so much. My friend Megan, who is a very talented fine arts photographer, always talks about capturing the personality of someone in a photo. I've been trying to keep that in mind a lot more lately when I pull out my camera. Maybe these photos will give you a little look into what my family is like; a little bit of spunk, a lot of love and a heavy dose of laughter. And...if you can't tell...they know how to relax and enjoy each others' company! I'm already counting down the weeks til my sister Amanda and her family come visit us here in Tennessee.
