Hillsboro Village

Last week, Dustin and I went on a date in a really cute section of town called Hillsboro Village. It reminds me of a smaller version of Grand Junction's downtown area, so naturally we love it. There is an ice cream shop there called Hot & Cold and they have the best popsicles! Dustin however got salted caramel ice cream with a shot of espresso poured on top. Oh my gosh, it was amazing! Just as we were getting ready to leave, it started down-pouring. We waited a while but then decided it would be fun to walk back to our car in the rain. Considering it was Singing in the Rain's 60th anniversary, it was quite perfect if you ask me. I feel like I should hashtag this #unexpectedromanticmomentsthankstorain ♥, mK
